Yes! LaaSy Health offers services in both English and Spanish. You can search in the portal by a variety of languages. There are many service providers in their network that speak Spanish to help you get the most out of your virtual or in person consultation.
Can I get mental health support through LaaSy Health?
Yes! LaaSy Health offers access to affordable psychology and psychiatry sessions through negotiated rates, as well as free virtual counseling sessions, using technologies like telephone or video call, included in all core memberships. A variety of medications for anxiety, depression are also included in LaaSy Health base plans.
What kind of medical conditions can LaaSy Health help me with?
LaaSy Health covers most non-emergency needs like colds, infections, check-ups, vaccinations, blood tests, and chronic condition management. For major medical events (ER, hospital stays, surgeries, pregnancy), it offers a non-insurance option called HealthShare, where members cover routine care and share larger costs after a set contribution (IUA).
Are there any pre-authorizations or permissions to use a LaaSy Health service?
No, there are no restrictions for you to use any of the LaaSy Health services; however there are certain services like medications and diagnostic tests that require a prescription by a treating medical provider.
Are dental and vision services included in LaaSy Health?
Yes, LaaSy Health offers discounted dental and vision services. Dental services include savings on procedures, and vision services offer discounts on eye exams, glasses, and contacts
Can I add my spouse or children to my plan?
Yes, you can easily add family members and get care for your whole household.
Can I use my FSA/HSA to obtain services at LaaSy Health?
You may cancel your membership any time using the Cancel Membership feature on your LaaSy Health account. Your membership will terminate at the end of the billing cycle (the monthly date from your original signup). You may cancel for a full refund before the start of service by accessing the Cancel Membership feature from your LaaSy Health member account. How are LaaSy Health member fees charged?
LaaSy Health plans are charged on a recurring monthly basis at the price stated on the date you signed up during your plan selection process, unless cancelled. If you want to pay the year upfront you get a 10% discount. Any price increases will be communicated several months in advance.
Are there copays or deductibles with laaSy health?
No, LaaSy Health is not an insurance product so there are no copays or deductibles. You pay what the stated price is, no surprises. Unlike insurance, you will not be billed for any product or service that you have not agreed to before you obtain the service. It is price transparency at its best.

LaaSy Health provides a subscription-based service that brings together quality health and wellness services and experienced healthcare professionals into one easy-to-use platform. For a low monthly fee, they provide access to virtual health services across urgent care, primary care, and mental health care. Members also have access to 400+ medications and exclusive discounts for labs, imaging, surgery and other health care needs.
